Charlie had put down his book and waved at Seamus as soon as the younger man entered the bar. He opened the bottle and poured himself and Seamus a glass each from it. As Seamus slid into the seat, Mircea sat up and leaned toward him, giving him puppy eyes that demanded an affectionate scratch.
