"Don't thank me," Everrett said with a grin. "Thank God. Or science. Science. Yeah, thank science, I don't believe in God." He grinned, tearing his eyes away from the domed ceiling again and turning ever so slightly onto his side so that he could face the other boy. He reached across him, grabbing the flask of tea that he'd charmed to stay hot for hours. Then, rolling onto his stomach, he unscrewed the little cup from the top and poured some into it.
"I didn't know whether you liked milk and sugar in it, so I left it plain." He stuck out his tongue a bit in concentration as he wiggled his hands into his pocket, dropping a couple of packets of sugar onto the carpet in front of him. "But I brought these too, just in case."
