Happy Birthday, darling!

[Enclosed: A cachmere scarf, fine drinking chocolate, a collection of Hans Chrisian Andersen books, and a little something of her own charmed creation: a glass globe, and inside it, a terrarium forest scene with a sky that grows dark and light in accordance with the hours of the day. Different animals occasionally scurry about within it.]

Lily-

You are a delight, as always. Thank you very much.

Did you lend Sirius any books of poetry, by chance?

...er, no.

And I don't think I want to know.

Nothing untoward. Sirius just gave me a few poems for my birthday. I thought you might have been an influence there, as I wouldn't have guessed he knew Sir Philip Sydney.
