Because everybody can be bought. We're in the business of fame, Rita. I decided to not waste time insulting you by appealing to your morals.

The truth will get out, but given the predilection of our community to murdering people based on their blood heritage, casting a brighter light on renowned blood traitors is not really in their best interest right now, or the best interest of the public.

I'm pointing out to you that if you had just minded your own business, I wouldn't have even thought to write something about this. But I am a reporter first and foremost, and one of the core tenets of my credo is that if people are trying to insist there is no story... there is generally a story.
