Where: Smith & Western Restaurant, in Horsham. (It opened in 1995, so yes, it is legit feasible the Weasleys went to a kitchy country western restaurant.)

IC/OOC Thread for Arthur's Birthday:

All guests would have been informed ahead of time of location and highly encouraged to show up in American / Cowboy / country western gear. Bilius said themed restaurants required it. Interpret your wacky Uncle B. how you will.
Bilius footed the tab for this with royalties from his books. No objections.
I am handwaving a mechanical bull into this restaurant. They have barrels for table, a fake jail, so a mechanical bull is totally feasible.

	Bilius was there early. He went full getup. Cowboy hat, [tight] jeans, turquoise cowboy boots, giant belt buckle, western shirt. He was clearly enjoying himself the whole time and hoped Arthur is too. Also, he is trying to pretend everything is normal with Gideon. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Highly encouraged had been translated, for Gideon, into it's mandatory -- they don't let you in otherwise. Thus Gideon has Very Reluctantly come in, compromising with denim shirt & jeans, cowboy boots, stetson, and big-buckled belt. He, of course, feels ridiculous. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Fred came, of course, and he dressed as muggle-like as possible in a remote western outfit, but accompanied by a very ridiculous and possibly meant for a woman cowboy hat and matching cowboy boots because even though the woman who helped him out did not approve, Fred insisted this must be the fashion. 	Arthur thinks this is THE COOLEST THING EVER. And will likely announce as much, repeatedly, throughout the evening. He dressed in-them (obviously), and was intensely curious about many things, including (but not limited to): giant belt buckles, ridiculous hats, and cow-themed decorations. 	After challenges were issued on Bilius's part, and perhaps softened by a few already, Gideon, surprisingly takes Bilius up on the challenge to give this a go. He turns out to be very, very good at it, staying on for the full course of it. The rest of the restaurant is so impressed, they reward the family with a free plate of ribs.
