Lucy hurried into the Three Broomsticks, her hair blowing in her face. She brushed it back with one hand as she scanned the room and smiled as she spotted Norah. "Hello dear," she said, kissing Norah on the cheek. "Sorry I'm late. I got tied up with a student." She'd planned to be away, of course, but when a first year had started crying because one of the books had snapped at her fingers, Lucy hadn't been able to leave until she was calm.
