( Jo took the lectern promptly and addressed the crowd, her wand laid gently upon the hollow of her throat to amplify her voice for the crowded street. There was no great space between her and those gathered and several times, she reached out to directly address or lay her hand upon the shoulder of those near. It was clear from her tone that she spoke in passionate earnestness regarding ways to continue to ensure Britain's greatness. )
