Mr. McGonagall,

My name is Delilah Selwyn, with Asset Protection at Gringotts. We have arranged with the Department of Magical Games and Sports to have a private box for some of our most valued customers. My superior, Mr. Bill Weasley has asked that I check with your department on what sort of security passes they may need to enter and exit our box. We wish to inform you that we are likely to have a few non-human staff members, including a few Goblins and Trolls, and if there are any extra security protocols we need be made aware of.

Ms. Selwyn,

While we can of course allow Goblins, for very obvious security reasons we cannot have trolls attending even if they could fit in the box. We require a list of what exact non-human staff you would like to bring to the event, as they are approved on a case-by-case basis and not across the board. Once that's been sent, we will send you the needed paperwork for passes and protocols, and direct you to the relevant people within the other departments where needed.

Mr. McGonagall,

I can assure you we would never put anyone in harm's way, and the non-human creatures we have as staff are very well trained. I shall pass your message along to Mr. Weasley and I suspect you'll be hearing from him shortly. Considering most of our staff are Goblins, could you please have someone pass along the necessary paperwork for the Goblin portion of our staff right away?

Ms. Selwyn,

While I'm sure that's true, the atmosphere of the World Cup is chaotic, crowded, and new for them and we can't allow certain non-human creatures at the event for liability and security reasons. Troll going wild at the World Cup is a headline none of us would like to see. Mr. Weasley is of course free to contact about exceptions, but I'm afraid these are well established and old regulations and rarely changed. I will pass this along and have the proper paperwork sent along with the appropriate departments contacted to organize it.
