Megan blames herself for this near loss, and cheers on their teams seeker. Her head wasn't as in the game as it should have been. All of the stress from the beginning of the week had finally caught up to her at the end of classes on Friday.

Technically, Hufflepuff played clean, but brutal. Zoe would've had her eye out specifically for Goyle, and shot the very mass majority of the bludgers she got a hold of at him, hoping to do some damage. But she also got injured, just not enough to take her out of the game.

MG stopped by the hospital in the morning to see if Jones was up for attending, and if she was he would've brought her along. He sat with his aunt in the professor's box and was quite happy to see Slytherin lose (sorry, old rivalries). He was sad to see Hufflepuff wasn't in top form and that the younger Jones wasn't as in the game as she probably usually was (hard week, he gets it), but it was one of those matches that hammered home the importance of a good seeker and he at least always likes those.

Will of course came! Before the match started he'd have been in the stands, stopping by to greet some people and quickly catch up. He makes it a point to stop by the Selwyns and thank Mr. Selwyn in person for giving Gwen such a great opportunity, say she's been talking about it a lot and is very excited and determined to do well.

He then goes and sits with Gwen and Pansy, handing Gwen off what seems like just a box of sweets (no chocolate ones!) with some small gifts (it's not actually just a box of sweets of course, has her list of requested things to bring). He also brought an actual box of sweets to offer or share with those around. For Delilah and Pansy he brings small vials of perfume, samples of a new one that'll come out this summer from a famous perfumer but that hasn't been released yet he'll explain with a wink (Gwen has one hidden in the box of course, shh. And he brought things for Izzie too).

After the match is over (he's disappointed in the result but at least glad to see Delilah did her job well), he stops by the Hufflepuff side to say hi to a few of them, congratulate on the win and catch up with some of the boys he makes a point to be friendly to. He'll try to find mr. prefect Zach especially and have a short convo with him.

Marcelia does end up going, with her two Hals. She's a lady not a rowdy cheerer, so she seems to watch with enough interest and claps at Slytherin's initial success. Mostly before the match, once in a while during, she takes the opportunity to point out to her son some things about Hogwarts and the house that he'll eventually be in. It's a good opportunity for him to visit Hogwarts after all.

After the match they only stay briefly to see Delilah for a moment. Since there are people around, she kisses her daughter's cheeks and tells her it's 'unfortunate about that seeker'.

Kevin would've played a pretty good game, scoring a few necessary goals. But around the halfway point, he took a bludger to the elbow, breaking it. It doesn't take him out of the game, and he went on to score another two goals before the snitch gets caught by hufflepuff.
