We were disappointed to learn of the election results. You made an admirable showing, particularly for your first foray into politics. We expect that with this experience behind you, you shall certainly be able to hold whatever position you choose to pursue in the future.

Though we are unable to join you, we hope that you will enjoy one or two of these bottles in mourning and add the rest to your cellar against the day we may celebrate your political success. We also thought Merry would enjoy the Limoncello.
