♥ no worries, take the time you need to find your zen. Too much stress is never good, I hope you're feeling less stressed. You could try what I do on my bad days; fix a cup of relaxing tea (also good for aches and pains) and listen to binaurals (works best with noise-cancelling headphones & sleep mask). Basically block out the world and tune the brain to focus on something other than the causes of stress or pain for a couple of hours. It's not a cure all, but it helps. :)
