Heeeey! It's Travis with another character!
This time it's Jessie from FF7 (with a little bit of FF14 thrown in just to flesh out her backstory. Yes there's a Jessie in 14). This one grew up in Winhill as a mechanic's daughter and learned how to do mechanical things early on. She because super great at building things, and once she joined Garden, that expanded into explosives and weaponry. She's very introverted, and even more so now because she made a mistake a few years ago that cost some SeeD's their lives ( a little nod to the game only.. she survived), and in turn she's developed some PTSD because of this and isn't allowed back on the field unless given the okay from a physician (which she probably won't be for a long time, if ever). For now, she just hides in the garage and fixes things. She's probably worked on your cars, helped upgrade your weapons, etc. So... plots? FF7 people definitely! People that live in Winhill definitely! Also she's been at Garden for at least 10 years so DEFINITELY! Just hit me up and stuff.
