"Thanks for the tip," she responded, a little distracted as she frowned at the other woman's appearance. She had no idea about Lydia's relationship with George, friendly or otherwise, so she had no reason to feel awkward about talking to her; to her, Lydia was just her very nice neighbor she was pretty sure didn't deserve to get caught up in any sort of protest, and definitely didn't deserve to get turned orange.
"Do you want some help trying to get it off? I don't need to be at work yet. What're they protesting anyway?" It was a tiny bit of a lie that she didn't need to be at work, but only because no one would know she'd be late. The only pressing matter was the paperwork, but it was never ending, always there, and it could wait; the only reason Alicia ever wanted to be there anymore was Terence anyway, and he didn't need her for anything work-related.
