Friday's were only marginally busy days for Evan. He had two lectures and usually either went home straight after or hung out with some of his uni friends. Having mum offer free food was definitely ranking above those plans, even if Evan was working on a present for Andrew. Still, he could do that over the weekend or even that evening depending on how long his visit at home would be. The good thing about being at a magical university meant that Evan could just apparate straight to Godric's Hollow, without looking for a secure place or anything.
For majority of places, Evan would have apparated just outside the house and perhaps he should have done so now, too, since he didn't live at the Potter cottage any longer. But Evan still wasn't in a habit of remembering that it would be more polite to knock than just appear. Neither mum nor Prim had told him off for it before, so Evan didn't see a great problem with it.
"Mum, I'm here," he shouted from the corridor, removing his shoes before walking towards the kitchen. "Is there tea?" Evan asked making a beeline for the kettle, getting a mug out of the cupboard. Of all the things one could be addicted to, Evan didn't think tea was all that great of a problem, but he did definitely consider his obsession with tea somewhat of an addiction.
