Had it been anyone else but Persephone who had rearranged pre-agreed plans, Zac would have been rather annoyed. As it was, he didn't mind. She was helping her brother and whilst Zac no real reference to relate that to, he could logically understand that this their dinner-date was not a priority when compared to her brother. He could also understand the potential stress involved in opening a new restaurant. Obviously, he would never be so foolish as to put himself under that sort of obligation, but from what Zac knew of Theseus, this was probably one of the better choices the man had made. Even if riskier. But then Zac very much enjoyed risk, so he saw no problem with it.
Zac got to Athena's just as the place was letting out the last of its customers. Someone let him in when he told them who he was and then proceeded to leave him on his own devices, because obviously he wasn't a customer. Whilst Zac disapproved of the practice, he couldn't judge the waiter too much since they had obviously had a busy night. Half of the tables were cleared, with the other half still having empty plates and glasses on them. He carefully manoeuvred between the tables and chairs, to settle down at one of the empty ones by a window.
He waited patiently, somewhat surprising even himself with just how much he didn't mind waiting on Persephone, looking around curiously. The place looked nice, even with all the left-over mess. Zac did truly hope that the food wasn't awful, mostly for Perseophone's sake than anything else.
