Jessica's hands were filthy - occupational hazard - and she didn't even bother to attempt to wipe them off on the rag dangling from her belt because it wouldn't have done any good. Magic would get it off, but until she knew just who she was dealing with, there would be no magic. Besides, they'd just get dirty again in about ten minutes.
She was a bit surprised by the man's accent, but she grinned as she shook his hand. "Don't get too many English speakers out here," she said with a half-wink. "And you might be the first who isn't actually English." She dropped her hand and slid it deep into her pocket.
She glanced toward the door. "I'd love to take a look."
