Ashleigh had, after France, assured Aisling that she really didn’t mind if Aisling had Xavier visit when they were away on holiday together. Still, Aisling had asked. It wasn’t like it really made a difference to their holiday, not when Xavier came late in the evening and only stayed for a bit the next day at Aisling’s insistence. The way Aisling and Ashleigh had holidays, though, the two of them quite liked having at least some time to themselves, so it all worked out well. Besides, Aisling did think that having Xavier come out for a night (and half a day) was quite a nice tradition to have.

Prepared better than they had been when Aisling had gone to France, the portkey and the day had both been set before Aisling had left, so when she heard the pop from the portkey, Aisling looked up from where she had been sat in her bed cross legged, giving Xavier a smile. “Hey, you,” she said happily. “Welcome to Russia,” Aisling added, the smile shifting into a smirk, since Xavier was hardly seeing much of Russia. At least right now. Though, Aisling had to admit, the five star hotel they were staying in was really quite Russian, she’d never seen table lamps so golden.

--

Xavier didn't need to go, but he wanted to. That was just as warranted, he thought. First Aisling had gone to China, now she was off to Russia, and it was a fair bit of time of being apart for two people who normally lived down the hall from one another. It was nice that Ashleigh was amicable to it all.

“Hey,” he said after popping into the room and giving a quick glance around to get his bearings. Xavier crossed over to where Aisling was and kissed her briefly before resting his forehead against hers with a smile. “Thanks. Russia looks pretty great, so far.”

--

Aisling returned the kiss happily, moving in the bed so Xavier could join her. “I’m sure it’s improved greatly by my presence,” she told him teasingly. “Tomorrow, I’ll show you more Russian Russia,” she promised. If they just went to the Red Square and took pictures, that’d probably be Russian enough, Aisling figured. Besides, the Red Square was certainly worth seeing.

“Have you missed me in my world-hopping absence?” She asked, running her hand over Xavier’s shoulder softly. “I promise I have no more trips planned for a while,” or at least not any Aisling was currently aware of. Christmas was coming up and her mother was yet to inform whether they’d have that in the UK this year. Aisling hoped so, for the alternative probably wasn’t anywhere she cared much for.

--

Xavier settled beside her on the bed, his hand resting absently on her knee as she spoke about sight seeing. It had been nice to do a fair bit of that in China, though he hadn't expected to do much on his brief stint there to Russia. He'd gladly go see some sights, if she was wanting to. “Okay,” he agreed easily.

He leaned into her touch, corners of his mouth quirking slightly. “Well yes, of course, but I don't actually think you're trying to run away from me,” he said with a soft grin. “I do miss you. It’s really weird not having you there. I know I can write you and things like that but it's not the same as knowing you're just down the hall.”

--

“I promise that any efforts to run away will be more effective than sending you portkeys with my locations,” Aisling assured with a laugh. Then, with a smile softening, she leaned in to brush a soft kiss against Xavier’s cheek. “I’m glad to have you come,” she told him honestly. “It’s nice. Feels special,” which was true. Whilst Aisling greatly enjoyed holidaying with Ashleigh, she liked having this interlude where Xavier came to visit, just for a bit. Aisling would’ve been fine if he hadn’t, really, but that didn’t mean she didn’t want him to.

At Xavier’s reminder of their close-proximity living, Aisling grinned. “Oh yes,” she said with a nod before untangling herself from Xavier and getting up to fetch her bag. “Speaking of which,” she said rummaging through the back until she found what she was looking for. Crawling back into the bed, Aisling grinned at Xavier. “You going to sign my copy of Witch Weekly?” She asked before presenting Xavier with the magazine and a pen. “Nice pictures,” she told him. “Very sexy. Even came with a poster,” Aisling teased.

--

Xavier chuckled softly at that, his hand squeezing her knee lightly before he kissed her cheek in return. “I'm glad I get to come. It's nice, to come get to see you even when you're away.” Because he knew she'd come back, but getting to see her in the in between was wonderful.

His gaze followed her when she got up, and as soon as he saw what she was holding he groaned and pushed up further onto the bed, burying his face into the pillows. Xavier peeked out when he felt the pressure of her on the bed beside him, eyes barely visible as he scrunched his nose. “You gonna put the poster on your wall?” he asked in a muffled voice. “I haven't looked at it at all.”

--

It was hard not to laugh at Xavier’s reaction, because it was so endearing. “No,” she said shaking her head. “I mean, I did consider it,” Aisling assured. “But then I realised I have the real thing, so the poster is a bit useless,” which was mostly true. Aisling also thought it might be a bit odd and clash with the decor of her room. “I might frame one of the pictures for the house, though,” she added jokingly. Sort of. That was a genuine plan.

Moving so she could proper herself up against the pillows, Aisling reached out with one hand to run her fingers through Xavier’s hair. “It’s a nice interview,” she told him, flipping the magazine open. “Even if you clearly are very concise in your responses,” Aisling added. “Glad I make you go to sleep,” she said with a small laugh. “It in no way makes me sound boring.”

--

Xavier knew how the interview had gone. Mostly okay, also awkward, and he hadn't liked it at all. There was a reason he usually only did interviews when it was the whole band and he could fade into the background. Those were easy, and nice, and he felt better being surrounded by his friends.

He relaxed as her hand ran through his hair, and he let his head tilt so his face was less buried. “It's not because you're boring,” he said, giving a slight shake of his head. “I didn't mean it to sound like that…” Though in retrospect, he knew it maybe didn't sound great. “I’m glad you think it was nice. It was… weird.”

--

“Are you sure?” Aisling teased. “Because you do often fall asleep around me,” given, most often than not it didn’t seem to be out of boredom. In fact, Aisling would put good money on the fact that majority of the times it was out of comfort rather than any sense of boredom. She, too, found it much easier to fall asleep when Xavier was there.

When Xavier said that the interview had been weird, Aisling laughed. “You’re just too direct,” she advised. “It’s much better to answer six questions that haven’t been asked than the one that was,” Aisling said. She quite enjoyed interviews, but then, she also had had PR training since she’d been about seven. “I think you did very well,” she added looking down at the magazine.

--

“Yes, but the cornerstone of our relationship is you getting me to be able to sleep,” Xavier replied, though he knew she was teasing. “And it helps that you're there when I’m trying to sleep, otherwise I’d just be falling asleep alone.”

His nose scrunched again, and he sighed. “I mean, I answered their questions? I thought that was what they wanted.” Xavier bit the inside of his lip and shrugged a shoulder. At least she thought he did okay. “Thanks. As long as it wasn't bad.”

--

“It is the cornerstone of our relationship,” Aisling confirmed. “One of them, anyway,” she added since they had a great deal of more going on between them by now. Always had, really. It was part of what made it so lovely. “I also enjoy waking up next to you,” she told Xavier honestly. As much as the falling asleep was great, Aisling truly was a big fan of the waking up together, too.

Putting the magazine down on the bedside table, Aisling slid down more into the pillows, fingers still brushing through Xavier’s hair. “Definitely not bad,” she assured before leaning in to kiss Xavier softly, and then less softly.

--

Xavier smiled softly, giving a slight nod in agreement. “We have a bunch, but that's definitely one of them,” he said quietly, and then his smile grew a bit. “Yes, the waking up is quite nice too. Also the sleeping in, and the being awake but not getting up.”

He turned when her hands started moving through his hair, less buried in the pillows by the time she kissed him. Xavier’s hands came up to rest on her waist, then slid around to her back so he could pull her in closer. He nipped at her lower lip, nose nudging against hers before he caught her mouth in another kiss.

--

Aisling certainly agreed with the list of things involving and surrounding sleep that they got up to that were lovely. The kissing, though, was also really quite lovely. Perhaps more than lovely once Aisling ran her hands over Xavier’s body, fingers slipping under the hem of his shirt easily, seeking out the warm skin underneath as she moved in closer when he pulled her in.

Pushing Xavier’s shirt up, Aisling broke the kiss briefly. “Definitely better than a poster,” she told him with amusement, amongst other things, before drawing Xavier back into another kiss. It really was better than a poster. And currently also better than sleeping, Aisling thought.

--

Xavier would never say this was why he wanted to visit her while she was away, because that wasn't it. He missed Aisling in general, her presence, but he couldn't deny it was nice getting to kiss her, hold her, feel her hands against his skin.

He huffed out a short laugh, tugging her shirt up slightly to be able to slip his hands beneath, fingers splaying against the small of her back. “Even though it's a nice poster?” he asked, lips brushing against hers as the words came out.

--

Aisling moved so she could place one of her legs on each side of Xavier’s before shifting in order to sit on top of him, hands doing an exceptionally great job at getting rid of Xavier’s shirt. “This,” she said running her hands over his chest, thumbs lightly scraping against Xavier’s stomach. “Is much nicer than the poster,” she assured him. Aisling was really rather sure that no poster was going to quite match up.

Leaning down to kiss Xavier again, Aisling pushed against his rather intentionally. “All those poor girls and boys who only have a poster,” Aisling commented as she moved to trail kisses over Xavier’s neck. “They are greatly missing out,” she added. They really were, the real thing was definitely ,much nicer than even the nicest of posters.

--

Xavier rolled onto his back as she moved over him, letting go of Aisling only long enough for her to take off his shirt before his hands slid up her sides, moving her shirt up with them and taking it off. He gave a quiet little groan at the way her hands moved over his chest and stomach, fingers curling around her hips to hold her there against him.

“Lucky you, getting the real thing,” Xavier teased softly, head tilting to the side to make it easier for her to kiss his neck. “You even get me delivered straight to your hotel room when you're away…”

--

Aisling gave a soft laugh when Xavier pointed out that she had him delivered straight to her hotel room. Her hands were already travelling lower across his body in order to unbuckle his jeans. “Maybe that is my grand master plan,” she told him, teeth grazing lightly against Xavier’s skin. “Perhaps I only go abroad so I can have you come to a variety of hotel rooms,” she commented a hand rather masterfully slipping under the material of Xavier’s trousers.

--

“In that case,” Xavier murmured, his breath hitching at the touch of her teeth against him, “it’s a bit weird you always bring Ashleigh with you.” A low groan resonated in his chest as her hand touched him, and his grip on her hips tightened a moment before his hands moved over her body, taking in the bare skin of her torso and chest. One of his hands cupped the back of her head and guided it up so he could slant their mouths together, kissing her hard with a moan.

--

Aisling went into the kiss happily, though she did also give a small laugh when Xavier pointed out that her desire to have Ashleigh accompany her on her trips was a bit strange. “Ashleigh’s for the times you’re not here,” Aisling explained. “Though, we replace the sex with museums and ballet,” she added quite honestly. “A good balance,” she assured Xavier, her hand moving over him to entice another moan.

“I feel that there are too many clothes,” she told Xavier seriously, breaking away from the kiss to shift enough so she could push his trousers off, kissing her way downwards across his chest as she went.

--

Xavier grinned at her explanation. “Well that's good - not that I’m opposed to either of those things…” While he might not seek out either of his own accord, he didn't have anything against them. That said, he did prefer and enjoy his particular role in her trips, so Ashleigh could have the ballet and museums and that was fine.

“Too many,” he agreed absently, shifting easily for her to be able to get rid of his, his hands coming to rest with one on her back and the other laced into her hair as she kissed down his body. His fingertips pressed in against her back between her shoulder blades, a low rumble in his chest as she moved further down.

--

Aisling was plenty of happy to allocate all the museum and ballet stuff to Ashleigh if it meant that in turn the rest of her time could go towards Xavier. It was, she felt, a good way to spend her time. To illustrate as much, Aisling ran her tongue over the exposed skin of Xavier’s hip, then giving a rather painful bite, but only enough to kiss it better almost instantly. One of her hands settled low on Xavier’s side as she licked her way downwards, until her lips brushed against his cock. Then, in a lighter fashion, Aisling licked her way across, before taking him into her mouth.

This, too, Aisling thought, as she pressed her tongue against the sensitive skin, was a good allocation of her time. All the travels for a provision of a varied selection of blowjobs seemed like a perfectly reasonable thing to do. If, perhaps, marginally amusing as a concept.

--

Xavier’s shoulders pressed firmly against the mattress in response to the bite of her teeth against him, a shuddered exhale falling from his lips at the contrast of her lips against the same spot. It wasn't as though he visited Aisling on her travels for the sex, because he did so due to the fact that he missed her and wanted to see her, but he wasn't about to complain that it happened. That would have been stupid. He was sure she didn't feel obligated, just like he didn't with anything regarding her either.

He moaned as she took him into her mouth, hands sliding to rest on her shoulders and run over them before coming up to lace into her hair, head tilted back into the pillows.

--

Glancing up through her lashes, Aisling smiled around Xavier. There was definitely something very satisfying in seeing him move in pleasure that she brought. Aisling spent a while dedicating slow movements to her actions, tongue ever so often running over the tip, but she was rather aware that the speed at which she moved was far more teasing than it was anything else. That was part of the point, though, since Aisling had no desire to stop just yet.

Once she had deemed that she either ought to stop or finish, Aisling let go with almost a sound of pop accompanying her movement, before kissing her way back up across Xavier’s stomach and chest, another bite left against his collarbone and then jaw, before she finally made her way back up to Xavier’s lips, pressing into him as she leaned in for a kiss.

--

Xavier easily lost himself in all the feelings of pleasure radiating through his body thanks to the attentions of her mouth, and while it was slow and teasing he wasn't about to try to push her to hurry, because everything felt so good. It wasn't to any kind of point where it felt more torturous than nice, so there was no need for any kind of rush. When she let go and started moving up his body again, his hands moved down to her back to help pull her up to where he wanted, where he could kiss her again.

“Now you've got on too many clothes,” he mumbled against her lips between kisses, looking up at her through his eyelashes.

--

“Barely,” Aisling assured, since the skirt she was wearing was mostly pooled around her waist already and the issue of her underwear was something that Aisling solved rather quickly with a few swift movements. Then, once the clothes were less of a problem, Aisling resettled on top of Xavier, biting her lower lip with a small moan as she pushed against him, but not necessarily quite as much as she intended to.

Reaching a hand down between them, Aisling’s lips caught Xavier’s as she positioned him against her, before easily moving backwards to allow for him to slip into her. This time, the moan that escaped her, Aisling made no attempts at stopping.

--

That was good, because Xavier didn't really want to lose their closeness for anything, even if it did mean getting her further undressed. His eyes followed her movements, hands sliding down to her waist, fingers knotting into the fabric of her skirt once she was settled onto him again. He kissed her deeply when she leaned down to meet his mouth, groaning as he moved into her.

His hips rocked up against her, easily building into a rhythm as he nipped at her lower lip, stuttered breath falling from his own.

--

The position they were in, Aisling found it easy to control the pace at which they moved. She let Xavier rock upwards as much as he wanted, but didn’t necessarily give any more speed in reward to it. Instead, she reached out to seek his hands, palms sliding over them, prying Xavier’s fingers away from her skirt so she could link their fingers together. Then with more force, Aisling pushed Xavier’s hands upwards against the bed, quickening her pace as she bit his lower lip in return.

The moans and groans by majority got swallowed up in the kisses between them, but then, with her hands still holding Xavier’s down, Aisling sat up more, changing the angle and giving a loud, satisfied sound when it allowed for even more pleasure to cruise through her body. The speed settled somewhere in between too slow and not slow enough.

--

Xavier kept his movements in sync with hers easily enough, and let her take his hands away from where they'd been fisted into her skirt. He let out a low moan when Aisling pushed his hands up, pinning them down against the bed. His body shifted almost restlessly below her as he adjusted to the lack of being able to touch her, and his lips stayed parted after she bit his lower one. She was more than welcome to have the control, though his fingers did flex absently against her hands.

He missed kissing her as soon as she sat up, no longer close enough for him to get to with his mouth, but he was okay with that consider the sound she made. His eyes were half-lidded as he looked up at her, watching the way her body moved over his. Aisling was gorgeous, even on a normal day, but there like that he thought she was radiant. It was just difficult for words to get formed when all that seemed to be able to trip off his tongue were moans, of which there were many.

--

The mix between sounds and sensations was really rather excellent, and Aisling enjoyed being able to move as she wished, whilst at the same time having the chance to watch the responses play out on Xavier’s face. She could’ve easily gone faster or harder, but not doing so was part of the appeal. Instead, she went steadier, the movement perfectly paced, rhythmic like their music. With the moans to match it, it did a great deal to pretend to be such.

Then, leaning back down to kiss Xavier, Aisling let go of his hands, giving him the opportunity to change the pace if he wanted to.

--

Everything was going at such a steady pace, holding him in the same place of warmth low in his stomach and muscles tensing and relaxing in turn. Xavier found it much the same as before, when Aisling has been teasing but not so much it was torture, so it was good. Very good. He liked the way their bodies knew each other, worked in tandem, and how that slow burn and build up could be appreciated because there was no rush.

With his hands released, Xavier first brought them down to cup her face as he kissed her, then trailed them down her sides to run over her thighs briefly before they settled on her hips again. He quickened the pace slightly, but not much, catching her lower lip with his teeth and sucking on it softly before letting it go with a pop.

--

The great thing about having regular sex with the same person was that Aisling felt like she knew Xavier’s body almost as well as she knew her own. She knew what he liked and knew what she liked in return. His hands across her skin made Aisling give a soft moan as much as the rest of their actions had. The bite he gave, Aisling returned eagerly with a kiss, tongue licking its way into Xavier’s mouth as he quickened the pace at which they were going.

Aisling increased that as she kissed, matching the slowly building sense of pleasure that was settling lower and lower in her stomach, until it tipped over with a half swallowed up swear word that Aisling didn’t even notice giving. Her body shuddered against Xavier’s but Aisling didn’t slow in her movements.

--

Xavier kissed her hard, the building pace of their bodies and depth of their kiss clearing working toward what they'd been keeping at bay so far through steadiness, slowness, patience. He was fine with that - more than fine. His fingers curled tightly around Aisling hips as he felt her body give in around him, over him, a deep groan in his chest in response.

One of his hands moved up to cup her jaw, kissing her again as he felt himself teetering there on the edge, the combination of their bodies working together and feeling her release pushing him over with a moan.

--

Aisling kissed Xavier happily, enjoying the way his body tensed and then relaxed beneath hers, almost enough to send another wave of pleasure through her own body, but not quite. It was plenty, though, especially when the kisses returned to less trying and more steady as both of them regained their breaths. Then, carefully, Aisling shifted herself off of him, rather easily falling down next to Xavier.

“Nazdarovya,” Aisling offered. She wasn’t particularly sure whether it was the most correct of words to use, but her Russian was too limited to be very choosy.

--

Xavier kissed her easily as his breath steadied, body relaxed, and hands slid around to her back rather than resting on her hips. It made it easy for him to have his arms around her when she moved off him, and he shifted slightly onto his side to be able to stay close to her.

“Nazdarovya to you too,” he said with a light chuckle, leaning in to brush a kiss against her lips. “No poster can do that.”

--

“Oh, Witch Weekly certainly wishes the posters could do that,” Aisling assured Xavier with a smile. “They’d never go out of business if they could provide such talented posters,” which was, in many ways, probably true. Aisling was quite pleased that she got to keep it all to herself, though, however selfish that might or might not be.

Turning on her side so she could lean in and kiss Xavier easier, Aisling licked her lips, and then his for a good measure. “You’re an excellent travelling interlude,” she told him happily.

--

“If they could, I would never let them talk to me again,” Xavier said, half burying his face in the pillow. An interview had been bad enough, but if they wanted to make posters of him that did those sorts of things - no. He brought his head back up when she moved in to kiss him, gladly accepting it and nipping at her tongue when she licked him.

“Oh why thank you, I do try to be,” he replied with a chuckle, fingertips tracing idly along her spine. “You're pretty excellent as well, taking me on a tour of hotel rooms around the world.”

--

“I am pretty excellent,” Aisling confirmed. “And hey, at least they’re always five star hotels,” she added. “Only the best type of comfort.” Not that Aisling was really the type to stay in anything but a five star hotel. She certainly could afford them, so there seemed little to no point in not seeking out that level of comfort. It was, however, vastly improved by Xavier’s company.

Yawning, Aisling leaned in to brush her nose against Xavier’s. “Have I sufficiently bored you?” She asked with amusement.

--

“You are,” Xavier agreed, grinning softly. True, they were always posh hotel rooms, but even if they weren't it wouldn't have mattered. The company was what made it.

“Well you're the one who’s yawning so I’d guess I managed to bore you quite a bit.” He tilted his head back to kiss the tip of her nose. “I’ll try not to be too offended about it.”

--

“Well, I’m not going to tell any papers about it,” Aisling commented teasingly, but leaned in for another kiss to show that she really didn’t mind whatever it was that Xavier said to the media, intentionally or otherwise. “Though, I might want to sleep,” she added with another yawn. “Got touristy places to visit tomorrow.” Which was something that Aisling quite looked forward to. She had enjoyed exploring parts of China with Xavier, so she couldn’t imagine Russia to be any different in that regard.

--

“I didn't tell them you were boring,” Xavier objected playfully, scrunching his nose but kissing her anyway. “I would only ever say nice, lovely things about you.” He pulled her in closer, resting their foreheads together. “Real touristy places or are you just going to rustle up another hotel?” he asked teasingly, nudging her nose with his. “Do I get to go outside?”

--

“I’ll see how I feel tomorrow,” Aisling told him, though she had already mentioned the Red Square, so it would probably be a shame to not at least take Xavier there. No matter how appealing the idea of staying in bed might seem. Especially with the amount of snow filling Moscow this time of the year. For now, though, they could definitely stay inside, where it was warm and lovely and not even a little bit snowy.
