Higgs nodded at Siobhan's explanation. It was one he had mostly expected. People whose professions involved caring for other people in general wanted to help. Not all, but at least by majority. And really, Siobhan hardly struck Higgs as someone who did it for praise and fame. "I'm sure you're very good," Higgs told her. "And I don't just mean because you detached me from your fiance," he added teasingly, before giving a small shake of his head. "No, you seem like a very kind person. That's definitely important," Higgs noted. He did recognised that not all doctors, no matter how excellent, were kind, but he did truly believe that's what made them better. As people, if not as professionals.
Reaching for his mug, Higgs took a tentative sip, pleased to discover that the hot chocolate he had ordered wasn't too hot still to drink. "Was Healing your first choice? After dancing," Higgs asked. "It's quite different," he added with a small smile. "Unless, of course, you do your rounds very graciously," he commented amused at the idea of Siobhan dancing between her patient visits.
