Who: Daphne Greengrass and Astoria Greengrass What: Asking Advice When: Morning, November 8th Where: Their flat Warnings: Mentions of suicide Status: In Progress
Daphne wasn't sure what to think after her conversation with her mother the previous day. She wasn't sure how to feel or if she should mention it to Roger. She knew it couldn't be something that was easy to talk about, but she wondered if maybe he should talk about it. Approaching the topic, however, wasn't something she had any idea of how to do. So, like most things she felt uncertain about, Daphne chose to catch Astoria that morning and ask her. Working through her thoughts with her sister made things clearer and she doubted that this particular subject would be any different.
She got up early that morning and showered, then made breakfast and tea. Knowing she'd catch Astoria before she left for work, she set the table and got a couple of teacups and saucers down for them. When Astoria came into the kitchen, she turned to look at her. "Morning," she said. "I hope you're hungry. And I hope you've got time to give me a little advice too."
