Padma had to smile at that. "I know the feeling," she replied as she dug through the ingredients bins, pulling the correct items and measurements from memory. This was, after all, a frequently used potion. She grabbed enough for a large batch to have some extra and returned to her worktable. She shifted aside the simmering cauldron of pain reliever and started sorting out the ingredients in her hands.
She smirked a bit at the comment about secrets. "Just diligence, I guess," she said with a half shrug. "I like my job, that helps."
She glanced up at the clock on the wall. "You're welcome to stay," she said, proud of herself for making the offer. Until recently, she'd have much rather worked alone, but she was making an effort. She'd buy herself a cupcake later.
