Andrew laughed, and was already planning on roping Aisling in to help with the surprise photography. The result would probably end up in one of her albums, so he was sure she would be willing. "I definitely will," Andrew agreed. Even though Neville had assured him the Giant Pumpkin Man (as Andrew, amusingly, was going to think of him) didn't need publicity, he still thought a picture of Ken and the giant pumpkin together might well be a ringing endorsement.
Listening to Neville's answer, Andrew frowned. He hoped no one was going to crucify Elise - it wasn't her fault she hadn't known about Andrew - but he honestly didn't know what the papers were going to say. Axel's reconnection with Laurel hadn't become public knowledge, as far as Andrew knew, but then their surnames were different, and Laurel didn't work with the Daily Prophet. Andrew didn't want his dad crucified either, mostly because he didn't want to read or think about the man at all, but if he was Elise and Byron would probably be far more hurt than Andrew was, even if they were both angry. "Why does everything uncomfortable that happens have to be news?" he asked. He really hadn't had this happen before - save for a few judgemental remarks early in his career about the number of men he was seen publicly making out with. He didn't want the media to publish how he felt - he was only just okay with letting the people closest to him know how hurt and angry and confused this whole situation made him. If he could, he'd put it off til he and Elise were more comfortable around one another. Or forever.
