Max nodded, thoughtful. "We could look somewhere like Godric's Hollow," he suggested. "Though I don't know if we'd get the space we want there." Then again, Max wouldn't have expected to find this house in the middle of London, so perhaps he was letting assumptions colour his judgements. "If possible, I don't want to be right out of the way. Children should have some options for entertainment outside our house and garden. Somewhere they can walk to when they're too young to apparate but old enough that we trust them to be safe by themselves." Of course, that was a long way off, but as far as Max was concerned he was looking for a forever home, not somewhere they'd move out of in a few years. "Maybe somewhere near Godric's Hollow? Where's the next house?"
A list of what they'd liked was a good idea, and Max gave Siobhan's shoulders a squeeze. "It's a big decision," he said. "I think a list and some more focused visits is as good a plan as any. We'll find somewhere."
