Max nodded. "This garden has plenty of space," he agreed. It was a bit less visually interesting than the other one, but that could easily be fixed. Probably by employing a gardener, because Max didn't think it likely he was going to take an interest in planting and mowing. "Do you imagine yourself gardening?" he asked, genuinely curious. He felt that he knew Siobhan well - he ought to, they'd been together so long - but there were still things about her he didn't know yet. "If you do, I promise to let you have free reign."
Breakfast nook was written down on the list, and also 'space', even though Max did feel like that was a little obvious. "I look forward to seeing it," Max said, taking the opportunity of a private moment to press a chaste kiss to her lips.
'Not too far' turned out to be North London, which was far enough to necessitate a different estate agent. On the whole, Max considered that a good thing because it meant they could apparate across the distance and be on time for their appointment. "This is stunning," Max said when he looked up at the first of Siobhan's houses. He wouldn't have looked in London personally, but there was no denying this house had plenty of everything they'd said they wanted, and would be close to bars and theaters (which didn't matter now, but might when their children were too young to apparate).
