Max looked up from his notes to catch Siobhan smiling at him and smiled back. Their moving in together had been a long time coming, but Max was truly looking forward to it. His rented flat had felt even less like home than the house he and Roger had grown up in, but he had no doubt he would be able to make a home with Siobhan. "How large would a dance space need to be?" he asked, because he really had no idea about such things. Would a bedroom - which, this far down the list, would certainly not be the size of the master bedroom - be large enough? "Would you want to teach here?" Max didn't know if he liked the idea of that, but once they did have children it might be more practical for Siobhan to do so, and Max could invest in some complicated wards to keep strangers out of the more private rooms.
He tucked the list and the pen back into his briefcase, locked it and picked it up. "Shall we go see the second house?" he asked. "It's with the same estate agent, so she'll drive us and we'll be able to see some of the area." He hadn't asked, yet, how Siobhan felt about living in a mostly-muggle area. He'd let her see it first then ask next time the agent left them alone.
