Daphne smiled as Lydia talked about running. She'd never really given it a whole lot of thought, but removing stress was definitely something she could get behind. "Maybe I'll try it out and see how much I can stand," she said. The mention of New Zealand had her grinning a little more broadly. "Oh, I bet it is gorgeous there. I've heard a lot of things about so many different places. I wouldn't even know where to start. If I began a list, I'm sure there'd be a book by the time I was through."
The explanation made Daphne laugh. "Tequila girl," she said again, shaking her head. "To be quite honest, I can't explain how I can get him to talk. Or how he can get me to talk, for that matter. It's all really quite strange. Complicated. I've stopped trying to explain it because I'm starting to feel like there is no explanation."
