Daphne smiled at Lydia once she'd come in and closed the door behind her. Roger had mentioned Lydia's name before so she at least knew of her slightly. "That's alright," she assured her. She certainly wasn't offended by the reaction. She was starting to be very certain that women actually frequenting Roger's house for more than an evening wasn't exactly a common occurrence. Him leaving one there alone was likely even less common.
"Yes," she nodded. "Daphne Greengrass." She offered her hand out in greeting. "You're not intruding at all. I think he was just picking up a few things so it shouldn't be that long before he comes back. I can keep you company at least that long."
