The blush was really quite cute, Higgs had to admit. Caitlin seemed very sweet, which in turn made Higgs happy because it meant that Gladys would have someone nice to share a house with. Higgs did also think that after a while of sharing with his nan, Caitlin would never be able to blush about sex-related matters again, but felt that perhaps it was unnecessary to point out just yet. Instead he offered an amused chuckle at Caitlin's proclamation that she got on with Dennis. "He is rather great," Higgs agreed with a nod.
"You know," Higgs said, standing up. "I bet I can find nan's secret stash of biscuits," he announced heading for one of the cupboards. "The nice ones, too, not the ones she bakes herself," he added. Higgs didn't know if Caitlin would've had a chance yet to try Gladys' baked goods, but really, whilst Higgs utterly loved them, he did admit they weren't the nicest things in the world.
