That made sense, sort of, Higgs thought. He had had dreams before that made him have particular feelings after waking up but they usually faded quickly, as did the memories of the dream. Gemma's in turn, didn't seem to be fading at all, which was odd. But it wasn't an unpleasant dream, so that was... perhaps a start, if not necessarily good. It could certainly be a lot worse. Gemma's explanation made Higgs laugh, however. "Yeah, I think I can probably do without discussing the baby making part, unless you want this conversation to go in the dictionary under awkward, too," he said amused. Higgs cared very little for the fact that Gemma clearly had a sex life, but it also hardly meant he had any particular desire to discuss it with her.
Taking another sip of his coffee, Higgs proceeded to start on the food, trying to decide what else there was to ask Gemma about this dream. "So is it important?" Higgs decided on finally. "This dream?" It seemed to be important if Gemma felt the need to talk about it, so Higgs reasoned it was a good question to ask.
