"Harry isn't going to give it his blessing?" Evan repeated genuinely puzzled. "Because we live in the eighteenth century and Daisy is his property, right?" Well, that would totally make sense. If they had been in the eighteenth century and Harry had any say at all in whoever Daisy wanted to date. It made about as much sense as the idea that Harry could stop Daisy from doing anything at all, including his best friend. "Well, I realise I'm only the second born child, and technically the youngest, but obviously Daisy doesn't count with her lady parts and all, so you can totally have by blessing," with that Evan waved his hand about dramatically. "Be blessed!" He announced. "For all the good that's going to do you."
Taking a sip of his tea, Evan tilted his head slightly as he looked at Neville. "So you do plants?" He asked curiously. "I like animals more than plants," he informed Neville. "But plants are cool, too," Evan added. Plants were pretty cool. "Do you have favourite subsection of plants? I like fish," he did.
