"Yeah," Neville agreed. He wondered if Harry was always busy for a reason. Maybe he was more upset about him dating than he'd acted. He didn't really want to think about that right now but he doubted he'd get away without it coming up.
Neville took the offered mug and added milk and sugar to it to his liking, then stirred it as Evan questioned him about Daisy and reactions to the whole dating situation. Like he'd expected, it came up. "I don't know if it's weird, he just isn't going to give his blessing about the whole thing. He's not going to stop us, but I know he doesn't like it." Maybe he didn't say he didn't like it, but Neville was pretty sure that he didn't. The next question had him shrugging his shoulder. "I don't know," he told him, taking a sip of the tea. "If you want to be weird about it, go ahead. I mean, I like her and she likes me. I didn't want it to be this whole mess. I don't want Harry to hate me over it or anything, but I think that it's made everything weird between us despite my efforts to keep it from being weird."
