"Me either," she admitted. "Every time I've come close, it's been completely awkward," she sighed. "Maybe I'll just be a crazy cat lady," she teased. "You know, if the groupie thing falls through and I end up alone for eternity." Caitlin was joking, of course, and she flashed Evan a smile. "We can't all be lucky enough to have handsome drummer boyfriends." The mention of a house party was out of nowhere to her, but she was sure somewhere in Evan's head there were connecting components and she wasn't going to object to a party. "We totally should," she agreed.
His approval for the molds made her grin and she nodded at his spade choice. "This is going to be amazing," she agreed. Glancing into the trolley, she ticked each item off her mental list. "Wood, sandcastle necessities, oh, booze. Anything else we need besides that?"
