The list of things Alicia did not want to do was a long one, and every single thing Ashleigh suggested was on it. Showering, eating, getting dressed--she didn't even want to get up, much less take care of herself. This was by far not the first time she'd felt like this, but it was definitely the worst she could remember. Every time before felt like practice for this moment. All she wanted to do was curl up and go to sleep, and if she didn't wake up again, then she wouldn't consider it a loss.
"I'm really not hungry though." Just thinking about getting out of bed was exhausting, she couldn't even imagine actually doing it, let alone taking a shower or sitting down at a table and eating. No, none of that would be happening. If she ate, it would be from Ashleigh's guest room, and if she showered, it would be because her sister physically forced her to. Her head still hurt, though it had dulled somewhat in the last couple minutes, and she felt physically like garbage, but she just couldn't bring herself to get in the shower.
