"I don't think I want to write novels," Bethanie said, gesturing to her small bookshelf, which was full of novels. "But I'd like to do the kind of writing they do for Centaur Liaison Office. Maybe not exactly that kind, because it's comedy and I'm not very funny, but something team-based, whether that's for the WWN or..." She shrugged. She wasn't sure there was anywhere outside the WWN that did that kind of writing, at least not in the wizarding world. "Do you want to do... something more senior in the Wizengamot?" Bethanie honestly didn't know what the employees above clerks were called, or whether Hermione had the relevant training to progress in that direction. "Or something else in the Ministry?"
Bethanie nodded in agreement to Hermione's clarification, listening attentively as she explained. "I didn't know that," Bethanie admitted. "I've never been to Stone Henge. I haven't been to a lot of places in England." She'd been to London, of course, both the magical and muggle areas, but her holidays as a child had been spent in Scotland, when they'd been spent in the UK at all. "Is there a limit to how much magic a place can hold?" It was an interesting topic, one Bethanie hadn't much considered. She opened her mouth to ask more, then stopped. "I'm sorry. I don't mean to distract you. Is there anything I can do to help?"
