Gilderoy // Aisling
"Ash-ling," Aisling corrected. This was hardly the first time someone had misunderstood what her name was. It used to be a lot harder back in school when not only people misunderstood but also constantly mistook her and Ashleigh for which one was which. "A-i-s-l-i-n-g," she spelled out before Gilderoy could presume that it was, in fact, spelled 'Ashling'. "Irish," Aisling added since usually people seemed rather confused about the spelling versus the pronunciation and indicating at least a minute foreign element seemed to always end with 'oh, I see' and no further questions, really.
She did her best to smile politely when Gilderoy told her she could call him by his name. Seeing how she was yet to call him anything, that seemed a rather preemptive offer. "Three dates in two months?" Aisling clarified with a slightly raised eyebrow. "How do you make money?" She asked since it seemed like a fair question to ask. Whilst Aisling didn't know exactly how such services worked, she did rather speculate that they usually aimed to make money. Three dates in two months did not seem like a very efficient business model. "Or, rather, how do you expect to make money, since I do realise new businesses take years before a profitable turnover," she added to be fair.
