Gilderoy // Aisling
"Ashley," Gilderoy repeated, unaware that he was mistaking the last syllable. "It's very nice to meet you." The thought did flick through his mind that she, too, might be a werewolf - but he pushed it aside. After all, he was here to support werewolves, and also Rosa's future plans for Lockhart's Lonely Hearts would be far from hampered if they added another werewolf to their eligible dates list. He didn't introduce himself, assuming she knew who he was already. "Please," he said simply, "call me Gilderoy. There's no need to stand on ceremony."
Pleased, though not surprised, that Ashley had heard of it already, Gilderoy nodded. "We're in our second month now, we've just set up our third date." It had only been a few days ago, and Gilderoy hadn't yet heard back from either participant - he could only remember that the young man was Cedric Diggory, triwizard champion - as to whether they wished to remain on the eligible list. The first two dates had been... disappointing, but Gilderoy still held out hope he would have a great success early on from which to grow his reputation. "Quite selective, you understand," he added. "Only one or two dates a month. We don't want to match people up with just anyone. They have to be compatible."
