Gilderoy // Aisling
Aisling, too, had managed to purchase things in the auction that she did not necessarily need. A proud owner of a rather ugly vase, which Aisling was sure she could 'gift' her mother since it at least looked expensive, Aisling had lost both Nina and Xavier to the crowds. She wasn't particularly worried, though, since there were plenty of people to mingle with and it was hardly as if either were likely to leave without Aisling. For now, Aisling had settled by one of the tables with her glass of wine resting almost untouched. In Aisling's experience, these sort of functions weren't really intended for you to drink much, or at least her upbringing was slightly holding her back. Perhaps if the rest of the band was here it might be a somewhat different story. But probably only somewhat.
When Gilderoy Lockhart joined her at the table - and of course, Aisling recognised him - she raised her eyebrow slightly at him. "Donate it to a primary school?" She offered before wetting her lips with the wine. "I'm sure that they would find excellent use for such a thing," Aisling added, opting not to question why he had bought it in the first place. Perhaps, he really had just wanted to donate money to a good cause. It was hardly as if Aisling had particularly wanted an ugly vase.
