Arran laughed at the information Charlie was also seeing his siblings. "I'm glad to see you both have your priorities in order," he said. "Siblings must come first and all that." Truthfully, he wouldn't have minded if Oliver had made plans to see Charlie - siblings would always be around; even if Oliver had to neglect them for a little bit, they weren't going to go anywhere. "Date night sounds good, though." Arran really, really wasn't going to give advice, even if Oliver talking about how he didn't get to see Charlie much did leave an uncomfortable weight in Arran's stomach.
"What could possibly be more exciting than hanging out with Scotland's keeper?" Of course Arran had friends he could hang out with, though during his most recent season he'd found it hard to make time for them, and the choice not to drink hadn't helped.
