Evan grinned widely when Lily said the blueprints were incredible. He wasn't quite sure whether they deserved such high praise, but it was still lovely for her to say so. Evan presumed that she would be honest and say if she disliked them, so since she haven't, he did presume she must like them. "Thanks," he offered in return, before thinking over her question.
"Well," Evan said after a pause. "I guess it depends whether you do want to see clients here? Because if that's not what you want from the office, we can disregard that one altogether," he reasoned, pulling forward the blueprint with the storage facility. "Again, if the storage isn't a priority, we can sideline that. Or," he concluded moving on to the third blueprint. "Perhaps you don't want to go through the work that would be required for a terrace? That one would also be the most expensive in terms of the materials," he explained. Evan wasn't quite sure what the exact costs would be, but he knew the approximations. "In terms of money, library-office-storage would be the cheapest and quickest to make," he told Lily.
"But," Evan added. "If there's things in all of them you like, I can probably combine them all? I mean, adding a storage part is probably the easiest bit. A wall is also pretty straight forward. A terrace, that will be the biggest addition, but I could look into how much that would cost exactly?" Evan offered.
