She nodded. "Then I grew to love it. I always wanted straight hair, and I hated when people would comment about how much they loved mine, and how they wished they could have curls like I did." She ran a hand through the curls in question and shrugged. "It took a long time for me to stop wanting what I didn't have and to embrace what I was given."
She refilled his tea then made a cuppa for herself of something without caffeine before resuming her stool. She decided to simply jump back in to their conversation. "Why do you think it's hard for them?"
