Brí made a note to try substituting one fruit for the other. She would try it when her taste buds were no longer upset with her. As she wrote, she had an idea for a chocolate cherry black tea, and a strawberry lemon green. Xavier's question made her snort, and she straightened up, hand over her mouth to keep from laughing like a loon.
"Oh, aye. I saw in my crystal ball that you would visit me today, so I made a spice-based tea specifically for you to try." Bríana smiled at him broadly and stepped sideways so he could see the rejected cups of tea on the mixing station behind her. "If you'd come in earlier, you would have been subjected to one of the less-than-stellar blends."
Her eye was caught by a regular who wanted to pay for a book. After ringing her up, Brí returned to Xavier. "So, to what do I owe the visit?"
