The piles of paperwork were driving him literally insane, he hadn't been able to own anyone or talk on the journals for so long, and the fact that the Death Eaters had been able to slip past them and attack another muggle family. He'd been unable to look at the data on the incident without thinking of his mum and her family.
So he'd taken a good long walk over his lunch break. He had a sandwich and some crisps, and the walk had taken him through the better parts of the city. Now, however, he was feeling the need to rest his feet, and it just so happened that he'd wound up near a park with a very convenient bench. There was only one problem, which he saw as he drew closer.
Dorcas was sitting on it.
He stood there for a few seconds behind her, weighing his options. Finally he sighed and walked up to her, more nervous than he cared to admit. Clearing his through, he asked quietly "Mind if I share the bench for a bit?"
