"Oh, great, that's a relief," she said dryly though she was a bit relieved that he wasn't going to send her to hell or anything. She could keep on with her merry little existence. It seemed that Castiel had received the same information that she did. It still begged the question of why they were being brought there. It wasn't only a matter of being pulled out different places, but universes and time as well. It was all bizarre, and she couldn't figure it out. Then again, it wasn't usually her place to figure things out. Faith was the take action kind of girl. She needed the Watcher types to do research and send her out to eliminate the threat.
At his declaration, she gave him an indignant look. His stare bore into her as he was seeing right into her very soul. It made her feel uncomfortable and vulnerable. Faith always tried very hard to keep everything like that hidden away. "And I think your coat sucks, but at least I had enough manners to keep my mouth shut about it," she retorted in irritation. She crossed her arms over her chest and defiant stared back at him.
