Although she avoided the library unless absolutely necessary back in her early days in Sunnydale, she inevitably kept finding herself drawn back there in Red Oak. Maybe because it was a free place to hang out. Maybe it was the free internet service they provided her with. Most likely, it was her need to catch up on everything she had missed. Eight years was a long span of time, nearly a decade. She couldn't catch up in one sitting. Most of the time, she spent it on the computer. It was easier to pull up news articles online than to hunt through the dusty old archives. Wikipedia was her dearest friend, and she ended up clicking one blue link after another.
Apparently social networking was a big deal nowadays. She was still trying to get a handle on Facebooking someone or sending a tweet. Neither of which she was positive as to what they were. Through the comms, she discovered that Castiel wanted to meet with her though she wasn't sure why. Faith was sure that angels probably wouldn't be her biggest fans considering her track record with mayhem and murder. It was true she was trying to redeem herself, but what cost do you put on a human life? Just as she was watching random videos on Youtube, she heard a gruff voice speak behind her. She jumped in her seat, half irritated that she hadn't sense anyone sneak up on her.
Whirling around to see the offending person, she discovered a somber man standing behind her dressed in a suit and a beige trench coat. Faith raised an inquisitive brow at him, not realizing at first who he was. "Okay? Good for you?" she said cautiously.
