Thunder rolls..
THE PLAYERS: Ares: god of war
WHAT: A God is stranded
WHERE: The cow meadow, just outside of town
WHEN: October the 13th. Midday
RATING: PG13
NOTES: Ares retains most of his god powers.
A placid and scenic meadow is suddenly rocked by lightning out of a clear blue sky, and if there had been anyone in the meadow except the one lone cow, they might have seen a man seemingly appear out of the lightning bolt.
The man was dressed all in black leather. Black leather pants, black leather vest with metal studs was opened to reveal a manly chest and leather arm bands circled strong muscular arms. At his hip a black leather scabbard contained an ornate sword.
Ares Greek God of War surveyed his location for a moment in silence. Unlike all the others that had suddenly found themselves in this new world, Ares knew the how and the why of it. And he wasn't happy to be added to the 'animal preserve' as he thought of it.
For several long moments Ares was silent as he contemplated his new surrounding and then with an almost childish pout he looked up at the skies and roared.
"Oh come on! It wasn't my fault... Well not entirely anyway!"
Ares stomped around the field a moment before looking up again. "And this is your grand solution?" He silently listened to replies only he could hear. "Really? Well fine, but why did you dump me here as well?"
Ares listened before stomping his foot once again in a childish pout. "Oh? Oh I'm making it worse? What about.... Oh that makes me feel comforted that you are planning on taking care of that as well? You are so not on par with..... What? I'm acting childish?" Ares' face grew stormy looking. "Grow up? I'm the older one... Oh it so does count!"
The lone cow in the meadow watched as the warrior seemingly argued with himself.
"Look. I'm not staying here." Ares stated.
"Oh? I would like to see you try!" Ares concentrated for a moment and there was a flash of light and he was gone... For about two seconds before he reappeared and stumbled a bit. "How did you learn how to block me?" He roared up at the skies again.
With a visible effort the God calmed himself. "Look Dite, you need me to help you deal with... I'm not being silly either! Dite? Dite!" Ares listened to the silence for a moment before he concluded that his sister had completely left, and left him stranded to boot.
Looking around he spied the cow watching him. As the cow noticed the strange being was looking at it, it mooed a soft greeting.
Ares with a flick of his wrist sent a lightning bolt out, blowing the cow into millions of tiny pieces that rained down on the meadow.
"Hmm. Utter destruction usually calms me." Ares muttered before randomly picking a direction and angrily stomping away
