Lorna smiled at Raven and Alex's interaction, her opinion of Alex instantly raised from 'very cute boy' to--well, better than that. If he could tease Raven without being an asshole about it, that put him in her good books immediately. And the sneaker scuffing didn't hurt.
Then he asked what she could do, and she glanced at Erik just as unconsciously before dropping her eyes to the table. She didn't do anything like crease her forehead (that caused wrinkles) but she stretched out a hand to the table. A spoon and a fork rose up slowly and began to dance to unheard music in a rather slow waltz. (Charles, meanwhile, also looked at Erik, and he looked much longer than Lorna did. A ripple of wonder crossed his mind.)
"I do--that. Magnetism." Lorna set the cutlery down in its old place and this time didn't look at Erik. "I don't have a code name yet. Havok is cool, but I'm probably going to call you Alex?" She cocked her head at him, glanced at Raven, and looked back. "If that's okay. Raven already told me what you do."
She (tactfully, she thinks) leaves out how that means she knows not to ask for an indoor demonstration.
