Raven stayed silent for a very long time. She had spent a lot of her and Charles' shared childhood trying to get him to figure out how to 'fix' her. She had begged, pleaded, demanded and manipulated every method of persuasion she had in her arsenal to try and figure out a way to make it so that her current form was her default mode. The exhaustion of spending every waking moment in a disguise was something that she could never truly explain to anyone. She hated the constant feeling of not quite fitting in the skin that everyone saw, but something had changed.
Erik had changed her, more specifically. Where she once would resent her mutation and how different it made her, Erik had at least allowed her to see that maybe it wasn't such a damnation. Raven wanted so desperately to be happy with who she was, and it had taken Erik - and Hank, too, in a way - for her to even consider that maybe she could be happy with who she was blue.
"No, no. Nothing went wrong, at least...I guess nothing went wrong. I left before he used it." Raven said finally, looking up at Charles and trying very hard to appear as happy as he obviously thought she should be about the news of a cure. "I just, I want people to accept me. You know," she changed to her natural form, though she couldn't help but avoid Charles' eye contact, "The real me. This is who I want to be accepted as. Not some mask. Hank, he didn't understand that. He said-"
Her mouth quickly shut and she sat up a little. Raven wasn't sure if she wanted to think about the conversation again, much less tell Charles. She wouldn't tell a soul, it made her feel so superficial, but it had hurt. A lot.
