When he let her go, Sasha smirked. There was an uncomfortable sting around her neck that she knew would be bruised by morning, but she didn't mind. In fact, it was a token of their love for each other and there was nothing to be ashamed of. And he was talking to her again - whether Cole knew it or not, he was giving her what she wanted.
If he didn't know that, he couldn't possibly know that he was about to give her so much more.
"You know they'll never accept you here. They can't see what we are - how they're insignificant little maggots who only exist for us to taste their blood," she gushed. "Let me make a few - just enough to do our bidding. You remember how well my babies obeyed you, don't you Cole? The way all of those pigs screamed as we ripped into them?"
