As it turned out, the lock on the building was so old, there was hardly any point in picking it. Richard could have kicked the door in if he wasn't so concerned about drawing attention to them, but soon enough the lock gave way (more like crumbled away) and the side door swung open.
And it was hard to count the shadows when there were in fact, shadows everywhere.
"I'll... go in first. We should leave this door propped open. In case we need to get out."
His phone blinked off and he found himself having to open and close it once more to bring the light back. "We should...find a better light source."
