Though it seemed that whether or not he cared about losing his morals, they all seemed to siphon off regardless of what he did. There was always a situation where a choice had to be made and each outcome was equally as unpleasant for different reasons. Cas had gotten too used to doing had he had to in order to preserve as many lives as possible. He paled to consider what would happen to the random person if he were to decline Meg's advances, though he hadn't exactly responded to them either.
Instead he chose to focus on the new image on Cole's skin, assessing how worried the tattoo artist looked. He supposed if she became too suspicious, he could erase her memories, though that was not something Cas enjoyed having to do. In many ways, it could be damaging to the human involved.
