Treated her right? An expert at flying the TARDIS? The Doctor slowly turned his head, eyebrows raised as he looked at his younger self. "Well... you're right about that, we are bloody brilliant" he said with a shrug, but then he held a finger up as if to shush his other half and said, "However, you can't pull rule number one on me" he said with a smile, a cheeky glimmer in his eyes. Yes, the Doctor lied. They did that quite a lot.
The raggedy man pulled a small bag of teabags from his inside pocket and handed them over to the other Time Lord. "You make the tea, I'll answer you questions" he said confidently, puling a pack of Jammy Dodgers from his pocket afterwards, followed by a paper bag with two small cakes in it. "I came prepared" he smirked. Glancing quickly at the picture he was being shown his look changed to that of focus. "Oh yeah" he said with a sort of smile. "Course I remember that.." he trailed off, thinking about the Master.
The Doctor moved away from the console and went to one of the storage units at the walls, opening it up. "I know there's a table in here somewhere, I remember picking the thing up in Casearus, that Roman colony in the Aras quadrant, very nice wood work, shame about the food..." he rambled as he fished through the various items that had been stashed away. "To your questions!" he said, pulling a table out. He struggled with the rather large thing before placing it down, followed by the treats he had brought with him on top of it. "I haven't yet checked for void residue, no, been a while since I did that actually" he said, going back to look for a couple of chairs. He pulled out two deck chairs and raised an eyebrow before setting them up. "I've been mapping the planets positions and keeping track of new appearances, when they arrive, that sort of thing" he explained.
